You can walk off this course feeling destroyed but you should still play it if not for the challenge but the views of the Atlantic breakers.Very friendly welcome from the assistant pro and either club captain or secretary couldn't work out which one it was. Pro shop is excellent, probably the best I have seen at a club of this size. Playing in 30 mph winds did not help and the holes are tightly packed in, plenty of blind drives makes this a track that is probably better for playing a few times. Very easy to rack up a double digit score on many of the holes, hit the ball in the rough and you're in big trouble. However that's links golf and if you're down in St Ives you should give it a go. Don't expect to play your normal game and bring plenty of balls!
