A superb heathland that has been and will no doubt challenge again the World Top 100.

West Sussex is often in discussion as a Top 100 World ranked course.

Pulborough is a hidden gem nestled in the Sussex countryside.

West Sussex is massively underrated in my opinion despite it being ranked 11th in England, this may be due to my love of heathland courses.

West Sussex Golf Club, often referred to as Pulborough, is rightly regarded as one of England's finest inland golf courses.

This lay-out is simply ‘right’ in all aspects.

Heathland golf offers a certain irresistible charm that is driven by a striking beauty and feeling of peacefulness, and the golf course at Pulborough might be one of the most charming of them all.

Beautiful heathland course that has similarities to a few northern/midlands courses such as Alwoodley and The Hotchkin at Woodall, and I think it might just pip them.

West Sussex was a course that I had wanted to play for quite a while, and had heard many good things about.
