A fine all year round option
Whilst played over relatively flat ground, this links course offers a good alternative to the mostly parkland courses in the area, especially in the winter months as the course drains well and the greens continue to run true.

Weston Super Mare is a charming old school links/seaside course that’s well worth turning off the M5 for.

Rather devoid of the thrills I have come to expect from the courses I have played over the past week (all the links running up the coast from West Cornwall).

The latest ranking of the Top 100 Golf Courses in the World serves as the ultimate global golf bucket list. Most members of our World Top 100 Panel are seasoned golfers, each playing 20-30 of these courses annually while travelling extensively over decades to form their opinions on others. We recognise that opinions vary—even among our panel members. Rankings are subjective, and there are undoubtedly 50 or more courses in the UK and USA alone that could easily fit onto this list.
