Saipan is the largest island in the United States' Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands is one of the 15 tropical islands in the Marianas archipelago located in the western part of the Pacific Ocean. It is located about 120 miles north of Guam Saipan is spread over 44 square miles, with sand beaches in the west side of the island as well as rocks on the east shores. Saipan is a rival to Guam due to the huge quantity of Japanese and South Korean tourists who flock to its shores. It is the fastest-growing Island in Micronesia. Guam draws the majority of visitors from Japan. Japanese tourists, making Saipan the top destination most tourists who travel via South Korea. There are just 6 golf facilities on Saipan however Saipan's quality is a testament to its small size.
