Mark Wylie

I took up golf at the age of 10 and spent my formative years learning to play on the local course in my home town of Temora (Australia), which back then had sand greens. I developed passion for the game during my teenage years, which eventually led me into the field of golf course design. In the second half of 2014 I spent 3 months travelling the UK and Ireland on a golf course research trip, playing and studying many of the world's oldest and greatest links and heathland courses. I've joined this site as a reviewer to share those experiences (as well as others) with other golfers and those with an interest in course architecture.
