Stretching to 6,236 metres from the back tees, the layout plays to a par of 72 (35 out then 37 in), with holes set out around residential accommodation in three separate compartments, the largest of which holds #1, #2 and #12 to #18.
Highlight holes include all of the water-laden holes: the par three 4th requires an all carry tee shot across a pond; there’s another pond separating adjacent greens on the par three 7th and par five 10th; and a long lake lies to the right of the par three 15th.
