Built by Dan Proctor and Dave Axland, two of the crew that constructed Sand Hills in the mid-1990s, Bayside Golf Club offers a game of two halves, where a round is played out on somewhat contrasting nines.

Champions Run

12th Nebraska - Best in Area

Jeff Brauer designed the Champions Run course in 1997 and it’s a layout that’s strong on strategy, exemplified by the dual fairways on both the 2nd and 18th holes.

Quarry Oaks

13th Nebraska - Best in Area

Laid out close to the fast flowing Platte River on the site of an old rock quarry, the tree-lined fairways at Quarry Oaks Golf Club were laid out by John La Foy in 1997.

Iron Horse - Nebraska

14th Nebraska - Best in Area

Situated halfway between Lincoln and Omaha, the fairways at Iron Horse Golf Club are routed around a residential development, with four holes on the back nine skirting a rather imposing 40-acre quarry lake.

Awarii Dunes

15th Nebraska - Best in Area

Designed by Jim Engh and fashioned from a sandy landscape just to the south of Kearney, the Awarii Dunes Golf Course takes much of its inspiration from the great links courses of Ireland.
