Situated on the outskirts of Pilar, the fairways at Golfer's Country Club fan out from the clubhouse in two returning 9-hole circuits, with fairways laid out within three substantial residential developments that surround the course.
Golfer’s is a Country Club with over 40 yrs of history and although the course has not hosted many Major Events it is quite a good one, a nice parkland blended in between trees and some homes but with a recent update in the greens building and fairway grass it now is one of the main options for players around Buenos Aires.
In the 80s it used to host the Argentina Junior Interclub Championship where many of the Top players of those times made their first steps into high performance competition.
Two loops of 9 going back to the Club House make this enjoyable walk a very good and demanding course, where precision off the tee is one of the clues to scoring.
Holes that deserve a highlight are 2nd a tough and long 4 dogleg left, long par 5 4th, very good long 3 13th and very nice short 16th par 4 with a lake on the right side of the fairway.
Many courses will have higher exposition, not many are as fun as Golfer’s Country Club.
